My mother recently introduced me to a great product for children with sensitive skin. It is called NutriBiotic Non-Soap Skin Cleanser and can be purchased at health food stores.
If you worry about regular soaps drying out your children's face too much, but still want to keep them clean, this is a viable alternative. It's Hypo-allergenic and pH balanced and doesn't seem to sting their eyes.

Never heard of it where can you buy it ?
For really sensitive skin we find its best to avoid color, fragrance and parabens.
This site is good - its lets you check out what ingredients are in well known childrens brands just in case they may trigger eczema or dermatitis

I think you can buy this product at most health food stores. The bottle says, "Fragrance free for sensitive skin with aloe vera and GSE. Hypo allergenic. pH balanced." On the back it states, "Contains no sodium lauryl sulfate, cocamide DEA, free chlorine derivatives, colorings or fragrance."
